Logistix applies principles and practices of years of industrial development experience to the data center industry by providing identification and services for highly sought after sites.  While the industry has historically grown in several key primary markets across the United States, the focus has shifted to secondary and tertiary markets in the search of sites with the appropriate infrastructure including power, water and fiber availability.  Logistix has experience identifying key sites with existing power infrastructure and capacity and typically less regulatory burden than in the primary markets.
