• 353,000 square foot stabilized acquisition consisted of two buildings, a 149,000 SF rear-load office warehouse with higher office finishes and a 204,000 SF front-load warehouse which accommodated traditional warehouse users.
• The two-building portfolio was stabilized upon acquisition and was purchased at a price which provided a good long-term value in the highly desirable and land-locked submarket of Park 100.
• The project offered quick access from the I-465 beltway and the smaller building had direct highway visibility.  This visibility attracted tenants who preferred highly visible signage for their business.
