• The development is notable because it is within the city of Indianapolis, which did not readily grant tax abatements needed to compete with adjacent land sites in surrounding counties, most notably Plainfield.
• Relying on our knowledge that the location and access were superior, we moved forward and was able to negotiate a 7-year tax abatement.  The building was sold upon completion to a wine & beer distributor.
