• 924,530 square foot speculative project consisting of two sister buildings built in the popular Plainfield submarket.  This project commenced in 2013 right as the development market was starting to pick up after the 2008 recession.
• The project was very well located within the park and offered tenants the flexibility to lease 250,000 square feet or up to the full 924,530 square feet by leasing both buildings.  The project was a joint venture with a well-known institutional capital provider.
