• 862,000 SF build-to-suit project located in Mt. Comfort Indiana, a growing area that saw a tremendous amount of development of industrial product throughout the pandemic years.
• The project was built on a portion of a 100-acre land acquisition whereby we planned a multi-property industrial park.  The location was ideal as it is located directly off the I-70 interstate and would include a new roadway being constructed with access from Mt. Comfort Parkway.
• Due to capital market uncertainty at the start of the pandemic, we partnered with a large institutional buyer who would own the facility and lease it back to the user.  Our focus on the project was the design and construction of this modern distribution facility.
