• 1,540,000 square foot regional distribution build-to-suit built on 300 acres.
• Designed with future growth in mind, this modern distribution center was built on 300 rail served acres in Frankfort Indiana allowing for the addition of future manufacturing at the site.
• For this project, we completed the full project lifecycle of services including site selection, incentives procurement, design, construction, lease and eventual sale.
• This project received an uncommon 20-year real property tax abatement for the first phase of the project worth an estimated $26,282,016 which was completed using an EDC bond.
• The project also included the annexation of the land into Frankfort and the completion by Frankfort of needed utility and roadway extensions needed for the project.
