  • This specialized building was acquired as part of a creative logistics solution whereby Pfizer leased back a portion of the building for pharma related storage and distribution.
  • Following acquisition, DHL master leased the entire property which allowed for the sale to national investors looking for single tenant credit net leased properties.
  • The property was a win-win as it created additional capacity for the logistics firm to utilize with other pharma clients.  By understanding the motivations of the buyer and seller, we were able to construct an economic deal which was advantageous to both parties.
