Description
This site was owned by the City of Hamilton and situated in close proximity to a power
substation. The City of Hamilton is one of the only cities in Ohio which owns their own utility
company which provides them an incentive to sell power capacity lost years ago by the closure of area paper mills.
Current completion date is estimated for Spring 2026 and we have good interest by several colocation data center companies.
