• This property was a prior Delco Remy building but was vacated and subsequently leased by a company called I Power, a local credit company.  We were able to acquire this property fully leased at an advantageous price and subsequently sold at a profit to a local buyer.
• Anderson Indiana is a tertiary small market in Indiana 60 minutes north of Indianapolis.  The value we brought to Delco Remy (seller) was the certainty of sale which enabled them to realize equity from the building and reduce balance sheet debt.
