• The east side submarket has traditionally consisted of the older manufacturing base of Indianapolis.  The Jackson portfolio was a combination of various mostly rear-load facilities.
• The redevelopment consisted of a variety of cosmetic and structural improvements with the ultimate goal of improving occupancy and NOI, two metrics closely watched by the public industrial Reit that owned them.
• The improvements were successful as we substantially increased occupancy and desirability of the buildings in the market.
