Description

• Built in 2014, this building represented one of the first projects in the Southwest Columbus submarket to break ground following the 2008 recession.  While the project was designed with flexibility to lease to multiple tenants, it was best suited as a single tenant building.
• The building was sold as a shell upon completion to a well-known investor/developer based in Dallas.  The building was leased shortly thereafter to two tenants.
