Description

• 141,000 square foot two building project located in the Saxony Business Park in Noblesville.  This project was a combination of a build-to-suit and a speculative development.
• Helmer Biosciences required a new facility for their health-related business.  They were currently located across the street in a building the park owner had built for them a few years back.
• In addition to the building that was constructed for Helmer, we also constructed a second speculative building which could accommodate 1-4 users.  Both were rear loaded shallow bay product which was typical for that submarket.
