  • The property had numerous challenges including a low 16’ clear height, demised in quarters leaving deep space with very little dock and office accessibility and an ongoing environmental remediation.
  • The redevelopment of this building consisted of demolishing the large vacant office pod on the front side of the property, adding significant docks doors along the front, demolition of a large unused water tower, upgrading systems and repaving the parking areas.
  • Through the improvements, we were better able to lease the building, to better quality tenants on longer terms than the building was able to achieve prior.
