• 251,000 square foot speculative development that was built in the Groveport submarket.  This project was a design-build project for a Minneapolis developer.
• The design utilized a very unique panel layout whereby the panels were tilted in and out to provide a visually exciting building design.  The project won the Columbus NAIOP Industrial Development of the Year Award for its unique design.
• The building achieved a 10 year 75% tax abatement through the City of Columbus, which was somewhat challenging due to Columbus’ position at the time on tax abatements for industrial property.
