Doug brings the knowledge and experience of over 30 years in the industrial sector to his clients. Much of the past 10 years he has led the regional office of one of the largest private real estate developers in the country. Prior to that, Doug has worked for an institutional pension fund advisor, a publicly traded industrial REIT, private developers/investors and one of the world’s largest logistics companies.

Doug is a long-time member of NAIOP, a 20,000+ member international development organization where he is Governor of Research Foundation and a member of the Development V Industrial Forum. Doug is also long-time member in IAMC, an industrial focused corporate trade association. Doug is a board member of St. Mary’s Early Childhood Center and a member of various local Realtor organizations throughout the region.

In his spare time, Doug enjoys golfing, exercising, and spending time with his friends and family which includes a wife of 14 years, four children and one grandchild.
